Marco Leiter is an award-winning DP working primarily in motion picture, with a parallel interest in photography. His work sits at the intersection of commercial discipline and narrative thinking - treating moving images as a craft, not a format.
Since 2015, he has collaborated with brands and agencies internationally on commercial projects that require a high level of precision and reliability. The focus is rarely on spectacle. Instead, the work is defined by control, consistency, and an insistence on getting the details right — even when those details remain invisible to the viewer.
Leiter approaches motion picture as a professional practice: structured, dependable, and repeatable under real-world conditions. Photography exists alongside this as a more autonomous space - slower, more reflective, and less compromised by production realities. The two inform each other, but are deliberately kept distinct.
